I regularly host short to medium-term in my loft.I am currently open until mid-December.I am a year-old busy, creative professional and college professor.The place has all the top amenities and appliances (washer and dryer, AC, water and air filtration systems, etc.). I am very clean and organized. I put a lot of effort into keeping my place clean, enjoyable, and calm.There is a cute private patio and convenient parking up front. The community is safe and friendly.Sadly, because of recent negative experiences, I no longer allow pets.IMPORTANT FACT!This is an open space large loft. No walls or doors. We would be on separate floor. Privacy with floor to ceiling large black curtains. Shared bathroom.

Lovely room available in a 3 bedroom shared house. The house is big and located in a serene area with a lot of outdoor space. It has an extra room that can function as an office or a storage room, and a big outdoor area with a wraparound porch. There’s a front yard and backyard and a big avocado tree. Laundry in unit, great natural lighting, high ceilings and big windows, fans and AC included. It’s in a quiet neighborhood on a hill with a gorgeous view. One big shared bathroom. Street parking, but there’s always parking spots available and no permits required. Free wifi. Looking for someone easygoing who will pay the rent on time and who would make a compatible housemate :) must be okay with cats (I have two kittens)
