You are also welcome to bring your own mini fridge. The bedroom is upstairs in a hallway separate from the homeowner’s sleeping area. Utilities included in rent. This is a 6 month lease to start, with the possibility to renew if all parties agree.No pets or smoking. Available April 1st.
