The place has a washer, dryer, dishwasher, pool and grill access, small dog park with waste stations throughout the complex, and valet trash service (included in rent).There are no additional monthly fees: no monthly utility, water, or parking fees (all is included in the rent). MUST be a dog person as I have an English Bulldog. I’ve been renting the house a little over a year and it’s a 3 bedroom house but I only use 1 of the bedrooms so I’m looking for a roommate for the other 2 bedrooms. Both rooms will be yours.
