About the space: You would have your own bathroom right outside your bedroom. In unit washer/dryer, central air, and elevator access. This unit comes with optional garage parking for an additional fee. Located in North Portland very close to i5. The bedroom is big enough for a full or queen size bed and a dresser or desk. There is also a den space that can be shared if you need to put a desk there.Cost: $ includes MOST utilities. Electric would be split and varies month to month. Internet is $ each. What I’m looking for: ideally someone who is a fellow introvert and doesn’t have guests over often. I’m pretty laid back with most things, but please clean up after yourself. Hidie ho neighborinos! I lost my job unexpectedly last month, and due to low funds, we're unfortunately having to send my kids to live with their dad miles away for the foreseeable future. So my partner and I (both trans) are either looking for a roommate/couple to move into the main big room with an attached bathroom at $ish a month or a complete rent takeover.
