Us empty nesters are looking to rent a room to an individual with no pets. Your room has access to a gated and private driveway with cameras for extra security. You also have a balcony to enjoy every day’s beautiful sunsets. TONS of closet space for storage. Access to laundry room. Your bathroom is just next door, with double sinks, private toilet room and shower with lots of storage available. This bathroom is not technically exclusive to you because we will have guests use occasionally when entertaining family or friends. We have one small dog, like to spend time with our grandchildren and travel for weekends monthly. We are friendly and mostly keep to ourselves. Your privacy and security is important to us!
