Furnished common space and master bedroom with queen bed and dressers but can remove those if you want your own. Beautiful house in Grand Oaks neighborhood with a family of 4 that lives in the main house above including a year old. We work from home so would prefer it to stay pretty quiet and don’t want parties. Smoking is ok outside. Would prefer a 6 month lease. Roommate in shared space travels to music festivals in the summer for work and is gone basically months out of the year.
