The apartment is 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, no need to share your personal space :-) the apartment is upstairs and your only shared wall connects in your restroom to the neighbors behind us. There are two windows in your room with a walk-in closet. I won’t keep tabs on you, I’m not your mom. We won’t have formal meetings or mandatory “family dinners”, I know some people like these things…. I’m a very casual and “to the point” kinda person. I’m also sarcastic with mild energy. My cat will love you, even though he doesn’t like me. Parking is covered and close to our unit. I’ve had some great roommates and sometimes we’ll vent about our wild work days, but I don’t force my roommates to be my friend, if it’s not organic, it’s cool…. As long as we respect eachother :-) I wake up early, and stay up pretty late, no need to be silent when you’re living your life in this apartment. Friday nights are the only nights I request a quieter (but not uncomfortably silent), environment because I wake up at 3AM on Saturdays for work. I don’t typically have visitors during the week because I work + hours a day. I usually make a casual brunch on Sundays since it’s my only day off, other than that…. I don’t use the kitchen much during the week.
