Looking to move in Aug th.I am super organized and like to keep the living space clean. I do a lot of cooking and I work long hours so I don't spend a lot of down time where I'm living but I am always respectful of people's sleep and try to be quiet and respectful at all times, whether I'm coming and going or trying to move around in the area. I also run a landscaping company and I'm very handy around the house so I'd definitely be willing to do some work around the property for a lower monthly rent.
