I’m years old and work as a real estate broker, I currently live in Irvine, and I’ve been there for almost a year. I’m moving out to downsize and get into a smaller living situation, I don’t smoke or do drugs. I’m looking to move in April for a month term. I have 3 years of perfect renters history, I typically work pm, and usually go to bed around depending on the day.
