Hi! 👋 I’m transferring to my work’s NYC office in February and looking for either a roommate, room to rent, or sublease/lease takeover, ideally with a February move-in. Little about me: Progressive, LGBTQ+ friendly, & intersectional feminist. No current pets and not looking to adopt any time soon but love dogs and cats so if you have any it’s honestly a bonus!Preferences: - Room: Ideally enough space to fit at least a full size bed and a small compact desk (think half the size of typical). - Timeline: 3rd week of February (nd) but willing to flex a bit on either side for the right fit.
