Thirty seven-year-old active-duty Air Force (quiet, responsible, single, no kids, no pets). Non-smoker, very clean and minimalist; I always wash dishes right away and never leave messes. Happy to pitch in with chores (mowing, yard work, handyman tasks, moving heavy furniture, cleaning out garages/sheds, etc.).
