We are a retired couple renting two rooms and a private bathroom in a quiet neighborhood to a mature woman. Our home is quite comfortably, clean, and the atmosphere is very pleasant. The shared facilities are the living room, kitchen, laundry room and there are two patios. Off street parking is available as well. This is a month minimum lease subject to references and possible background check.
