New construction townhouse. Upstairs bedroom(s) available for rent. There is a bathroom up there as well that would pretty much only be used by the renter, my office/game room is upstairs but that’s the only reason I go up there. There is also a bonus space that could be set up as a tv area or something. Master bedroom is on the main floor so upstairs is fairly private.
