Housemate Wanted – Rivervale I’m looking for a housemate to apply with me for a3x2 apartment in Rivervale. Rent will be around $850 per week in total, split between us. About me: Full-time worker (sometimes WFH) Easygoing, tidy, and respectful Enjoy socialising but also like my own space My 11-year-old son will stay with me during school holidays – he’s quiet, well-behaved, and usually on his iPad while I work I also house sit a fair bit, so there will be times (like over Christmas and other holidays) when you’ll have the place to yourself. What I’m looking for in a housemate: ✅ Full-time employment and financially reliable ✅ Able to provide police clearance ✅ Tidy, considerate, and respectful of shared spaces ✅ Someone looking for a safe, stable and positive home environment 🚫 Not a party house but happy to have a few drinks & be sociable when ever.
