My daughter is graduating and I’m looking for a roommate. I work from home so I need someone quiet and laid back like myself. I have dogs who are clean and housebroken. Rent includes all utilities except electric which would be split . Also includes several streaming options for television. No pets and I prefer a female roommate who is close to my age. Must pass a background check and provide a security deposit equal to one month rent.
