I’m David, in IT, moved to California a few years ago to attend UC Davis. Access to Living Room, Full Kitchen, Large Backyard, washer and dryer, and drive way parking. Looking for a chill, clean easy going person with a job. Have onsite parking.The room is by CRC, Kaiser, Lowe's and Calvine.Utilities are shared pretty low.
