The home is clean, quiet, in a very safe neighborhood. Drugs, smoking, alcohol and pets,(sorry), are not allowed.internet, laundry and kitchen privileges included. Private bedroom with bed, closet, dresser, side table, desk and chair provided. There is a inch tv on the wall as well. It’s a corner lot with lots of free street parking at side and back of the house. Bathroom is shared with one person.
