Two rooms available in a beautiful Santa Monica apartment with lots of closet space and parking along tree lined streets in a safe neighborhood. Bathroom is shared but there’s a laundry in the building. Utilities and WiFi are about $ a month and we all take turns cleaning the floors once a week. Deposit is one time the monthly rent. Must have a credit score or if having a cosigner. Need to submit an application asap.
