Looking for a roommate sep 1st. Rent will be +utilities ( depending on use). I have a trained dog. Non smoking, drinking,...etc. only 1 extra room. Parking will be behind a gate. There is a washer dryer hook up. unsure if the one there currently will be staying or not. We can talk about buying one and how we want to go about doing that.
