It's a very spacious home in a lovely quiet neighborhood. There are 5 bedrooms, 3 on the first floor and 2 in the basement. The basement is fully renovated with heated floors. There is lots of natural light and wood flooring throughout the house. The back patio area has outdoor seating with two large tables. There is a unit upstairs with friendly neighborhoods. We are a 7 minute walk to the A line and close to coffee shop (Roots Roastings), art store and liquor store (Scott's Liquor).
