Have an empty room in the house I am in. We would share the bathroom, but I keep it clean and have put in the most wonderful shower. I am looking for a roomate. I keep a clean nice house and am generally a very nice easy going person. Price flat and includes all utilities and 1Gb high speed internet.Will be added to lease with myself. I am not against a pet of most forms, but we can discuss that. Pet would have to be registered on lease and has to be upto date on all care/shots. Lease requires this not me I am sorry. Prefer non smoker, but if you do it will be outside.
