I’m in my thirties and work full time from home so I would prefer someone who doesn’t work from home as I don’t have the space. I’m friendly, outgoing, organized, tidy, and like to cook. No drama, girly girl, non smoker, and wine lover. Must be cat friendly as I have one little kitty. I would love to find someone who can relate to these qualities. Hey! My husband and I are actually moving out of our place and are hoping to find 2 people who would be okay with rooming together and taking over our lease that ends in February . The townhouse is really awesome and in a really safe and great neighborhood and the only reason we are leaving is because of my husband's job (we're moving out of state). It is a .5 bathroom house built in car garage. Each bedroom is a primary bedroom so they have a full bathroom and walk in closets. It has a really great heater and very tight window seals so it's not drafty. Room for rent on third floor, room unfurnished, the room won’t be available till the beginning of November.
