Room Available Now in Vancouver (Walnut Grove) Rent is $ (without utilities) This house will be shared with me and another roommate. You’ll be sharing a bathroom with that roommate as well. There will be a dog in the house, Nala (shepherd/husky mix) who is an absolute lover to all humans and animals. I love plants and the outdoors. I work primarily from home but I personally love to travel and tend to leave the house often whenever I can. We also enjoy a nice and tidy household so we hope to find a clean and organized person as well 🙂

About the space: You would have your own bathroom right outside your bedroom. In unit washer/dryer, central air, and elevator access. This unit comes with optional garage parking for an additional fee. Located in North Portland very close to i5. The bedroom is big enough for a full or queen size bed and a dresser or desk. There is also a den space that can be shared if you need to put a desk there.Cost: $ includes MOST utilities. Electric would be split and varies month to month. Internet is $ each. What I’m looking for: ideally someone in their s who is a fellow introvert and doesn’t have guests over often. Must be ok living with 2 cats. I’m a friendly introvert that’s in my s and work a stable m-f schedule. I tend to keep to myself most of the time.
