I'm offering half of my apartment basically this is a one-bedroom apartment that's 1250 ft and a gated community in Alameda there's two on- laundromats as well as a pool the apartment is very big you would have access to the entire apartment except for my bedroom there's borders in between so you would have privacy the place can either be furnished for you to sleep in meaning you could use the brand new pull out couch and or we can move the couch like I did with the last roommate and you can play some bed in there the room has a hundred inch TV that's brand new and you would have privacy not absolute privacy but you would have privacy I'm in fire prevention and I'm gone most of the time he would have access to the entire apartment for one price $1,000 a month.
