I live with 3 people at the moment. I’ve been living at this address for over 7 years and I absolutely love the place. The place is located in a beautiful Irish community. The apartment is in a 3-story multi-family home. We have half of the second floor and the entire third floor. The second floor consists of a living area, dining area, and kitchen. The top floor has three bedrooms and the bathroom. The rent is paid month to month so there’s no lease to get locked into. There is plenty of street parking around the apartment, and no need to move for street cleaning. The town in which the apartment is located has a great atmosphere. One of my current roommates is moving out at the end of November and I’d like to fill that spot so I don’t lose this wonderful apartment!

Great two bedroom apartment (one roommate) in cobble hill area walking distance from tons of restaurants, bars, shopping (downtown BK is a 7 min walk ) , and parks (Brooklyn bridge and prospect park for the major ones as well as smaller ones in neighborhood ). Right next to Bergen street F/G stop and close to multiple subway lines (A/C/R/N//D/Q/LIRR) .
