You would have your own bath as well, the room is a good size, it can come furnished or unfurnished. Cynthia and her yr. old son live in the other two room. They are so cool and really nice to live with. I love living in community and chose to have roommates as opposed to living alone. There is a small kitchen, dining room and a hang-out living room space for a tv or reading room.
