NE Mesa bedroom available in my home with private pool. Close to hiking, grocery stores and restaurants. Looking for professional or can be a student w/ established work. No remote work. Must clean after themselves. Help maintain kitchen and bathroom areas after use. ( not an ocd roommate) Quiet neighborhood. Home is mostly quiet. I work outside and at home. I do dance often ( social partner dances) so I am out on some evenings and night. At times I may have a dance practice at home ( if have time) and once in a while I have dance gatherings. Most of my friends & acquaintances are dancers too & friendly and diverse from different cultural backgrounds. No smoking. No pets please . I do have one small bird. Bathroom is shared. Home is sqft. Not a “party” house. However must be open to having music of various genres at times. I am a foodie. Once in a while an out of state dancer may stay in an another extra guest room during dance weekender workshops that we attend to. One month’s deposit. Verification of income, work etc. My yr old son is traveling backpacking through Central and South America so his room is also empty.
