I have had two roommates here, both for three years, & can provide reference info if desired. Both left on great terms to move in with their significant other. One was male, one female, both dog owners. There is a wide open park across the street for walking pets & I am happy to help let them out! I am a very clean and orderly person. I have just about any tool or supply you might need and I’m happy to share. All I ask is that you’re gainfully employed, respect common areas, and don’t use hard drugs. Weed is ok. This is a short-term lease as I will be leaving after this next full year. You would have the option to renew.
