It’s only a -minute drive to North Park and less than minutes to the beaches. Very equidistant between north county and south San Diego. The apartment comes fully furnished (except your room), with a porch and access to community amenities including a pool, jacuzzi, grill, and a small gym. Your room will have its own bathroom and two spacious storage closets. I’m also providing a Queen mattress and frame for your room at no additional cost.
