The condo includes a private huge back balcony overlooking the grand Canal, front patio beach side (it’s literally surrounded by water), hardwood floors throughout, fireplace, huge kitchen with dining area, dishwasher, extra cabinet space, wet bar area with small pool table That doubles as a second dining table, furnished living room with inch TV, extra storage for bikes/boards, and an outdoor year-round heated pool and hot tub. The room is oceanside with high ceilings, large window giving a great breeze, lots of light, and a big closet. It easily fits a queen and can fit a king. The bathroom is right next to it with full tub/shower and amazing water pressure. The condo is in a highly secured 9 unit building with elevator, stairs, and laundry room. Shared utilities include gas, power, Internet. Looking for someone professional and clean... will be sharing with professional female, early pounds sweet pup.

You would have a large room with a big closet, and the 2nd bathroom is all yours! The living room is furnished and the kitchen is stocked with all the necessary tools. There is also a furnished patio overlooking the marina. You'll only need to bring your own bedroom furniture.There is a washer and dryer inside the unit which is AMAZING. The kitchen has a dishwasher and plenty of storage for two people. The apartment complex has access to pools, a jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, tennis courts, and a safe walkable area. We're about a minute walk or a 2 minute drive to the beach. My apartment is very cozy and peaceful, just the way I like it! I think it's super important to have a safe, quiet, peaceful place to come home to, where you can relax and rest.
