Hello👋 I am looking for a roommate for my town home. It is an unfurnished master's sized room with bathroom attached, walk-in closet, and garage parking is an option. It is located on Rural/Baseline within the Lakes community with a community center (pool, gym, etc). Both bedrooms are upstairs, common space fully furnished on main floor. I'm a work from home college graduate. I keep things super clean and pretty quiet. I also have cats so no other pets please. Preferably a female in the same age range but I am open. Utilities included in rent and move in costs include 1st month, last month, and security deposit. I will get more pictures soon.
