My name is raynie. First it would not let me upload a picture. I'm 25. I work everyday minus Tuesday and Sunday. Will be going back to school in spring so I will probably be in the library, gym or work. I spend most of my time in my room but I am social. I like sleeping on my free time. I love going to the gym and love animals. I am for the most part healthy and clean. I love music and binge watching tv shows. Love decorating and HGTV. Will soon be putting in directv- premier package Looking to also install internet Would love to split the costs for those. Electricity is the M- power box. I pretty much included thes in price. Not sure about a deposit( pretty sure only for animals) but the apartment will run a background check. Furniture is truly needed for the living room. What I look for in a roommate is someone who is clean, nice, cordial, reliable and a great communicator. Just want a healthy living situation. If you have animals just expect for them to be cared for and for the house to not smell like dander. I think that's pretty much it.
