This option is great for folks looking for a co-living situation on a short term basis. There are currently two rooms available, they share a bathroom. The master bedroom and bathroom are still under construction, and the outside of the property is also still being worked on, cleared of debris from the former owner etc. The current owners (me and my husband) are on the property regularly clearing out the debris, maintaining the chickens on the property etc. We are open to a work/trade for a discounted rent rate if you have the ability to help us with animal care and cleanup/renovation projects
