Hi my name is Joe, I’m looking for a college aged roommate to rent out the spare room pictured above. The building is located very close to UTEP and downtown. I have a cat and small dog. The monthly usually fluctuates but I flex my rent. Any roommate would therefore need to pay the difference in rent, usually somewhere between $ due in the middle of the month.
