Hi, we are 3 females over . Who are all professionaI. We are looking for 1 roommate preferably over years of age.The room is in Fair Oaks. The room is about average in size, maybe a little smaller. The room is like . We have 2 dogs that are loveable. We are clean, down to earth, quiet most of the time and we absolutely have no time for drama. We want the new roommate to be the same. All we ask is you pay your rent and bills when they are due, no excuses and clean up after yourself. Need to have a job. All utilities are split 4 ways. You will have a access to the whole house. Parking is always available. Bathroom is shared. No couples and no pets.The room is available on January 1st. We are near restaurants, shopping center, gas station, a gym, and a little bar.
