I have two rooms for rent:Room # (Available now for $/mo) Room # w/ 6’ walkway (Available on for $/mo) Utilities shared evenly (trash/recycle covered by me)Both rooms are located on the second floor. The bathroom is shared amongst tenants on the second floor. Before moving in, I’ll have the room carpet cleaned professionally and other deficiencies fixed as needed.Shared areas include everywhere in the house except for my bedroom.I got two dogs so you must like dogs. One of them doesn’t like cats so we can’t have cats.
