I'm respectful, very clean and very quiet, perhaps obsequiously so. I'm an engineering professional who works from home, and visit my Bay Area office at Big Tech Inc perhaps times a month. I occasionally travel for work as well. I'm happy to pitch in with household chores and cooking, if that's your jam. My morning ritual includes brewing my daily cup of joe, so kettle access and a place for cream in the fridge is about all I'd really ask in the kitchen. Hobbies include generally anything outdoor related: hiking, camping, and frequent trips to the beach. I have a storage unit for my outdoor toys, though a place to park my bicycle at your place would be a nice but not essential bonus for me. I have a car but I'm flexible on parking location. I'm frequently gone on the weekends when the weather is nice. About the only TV I watch are ers games, though I also to just about every streaming service available. My adult daughter lives in Fresno and may occasionally visit to watch her favorite shows with me, or have dinner with me if kitchen privileges are available. I have a good, very steady source of income, and my credit score is in the mid s. I'm looking for a room because I'm on my way out of a situationship.
