Hi! I am looking for a subletter for the spring semester (Jan-May)! It is a sixbedroom and two bath house of all girls (all students) with a recently redone kitchen and bathroom. There is also a brand new washer and dryer in-unit that is free! The bedroom is fully furnished (bed, desk, dresser) on the first floor of the unit and has a built-in closet. The house is on Upland Rd in Somerville, MA, and is right on the side of Tufts University campus. It is a 5-minute walk to the Medford/Tufts Green Line stop and close to Davis Square and the Red Line stop there. Rent is /month + utilities. Please reach out if you/anyone you know is interested!
