Hi, I'm J. generally quiet and neat. I'm a grad student so I study a lot and sometimes host small gatherings. My current roommate is moving out of town and so I am looking for someone to take over the lease with. The apartment is excellent. I am willing to work out a rent split that works well for us, one bedroom is larger than the other. Looking for someone who is trans friendly.
