Looking for a roommate(s) to relocate in the Alexandria area by Jan. 2 at latest! My name is Z. (27) and I’m in the process of trying to find a place to relocate by January. :)) A few things to know about me: - I do have a physical disability, I use a walker to ambulate so places where I’d have to be on the second floor/ stairs entering places/leaving are not ideal, but I’m pretty savvy with figuring out spaces! Also please note that baths are more accessible for me than showers. - I work at ACPS and am hoping to stay in the area so I don’t have to relocate but Alexandria is very expensive for one person so 1-2 roommates would be ideal! In the last place I lived I had two roommates and our rent was about $2,777.30 something. Between us this was about $925 per person. I teach so I don’t make a ton but I give this past context to let you know my financial range. My max I could pay with my income currently is around $925-1,000. I understand Alexandria is expensive which is why having a third may be helpful. - I’d describe myself as pretty introverted and I can’t cook to save my life, but if you hate dishes/laundry I gotchu!
