I’m looking for a lease takeover around January for the spring semester. This apartment is a short drive from ASU and is also near the light rail. It has many a menu included so the final rent is $ after all included packages. It is a private b with a shared kitchen/living space. The other roommates are also ASU students and are pretty quiet and reasonable. The room is fully furnished and the kitchen has many accommodations, and there is a in unit washer and dryer. Maintenance is reasonable quick when there is a problem. The complex has a pool, gym, parking garage as well as a BBQ area. Message me if you are interested.
