Hey, I’m Chris — (ATE.FIV.SIXX - FIV.TOO.FOR - FIV.ATE.ATE.ZIRO)[TEXXT] - a friendly, laid-back professional who recently started a new job in Warminster, PA. It’s been going great so far, and now I’m looking to move closer to work to cut down my hour-long commute from Burlington, NJ. I work full-time & I’m out of the house early in the AM. My weekday schedule keeps me pretty active, and I’m often out in the evenings for trivia nights, networking events, or local gatherings. I’m also a photographer, so sometimes my weekends are filled with shooting concerts or community events. Because of that, I’m rarely home for long stretches, but when I am, I really value a clean, calm, and comfortable space to recharge. I’ve lived with both male and female roommates over the years and have always gotten along with everyone. I’m considerate, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces. I’m mindful about keeping kitchens and bathrooms clean, doing my share of chores, and communicating openly if something ever needs attention. I don’t smoke but don’t mind if others do — as long as it’s done outside. I’m also open to living with pets, especially friendly ones, though I prefer not to be the one primarily responsible for their care unless it’s a short-term situation (like when someone’s traveling). I’d describe myself as social but easygoing — the kind of roommate who’s up for a good conversation, a shared meal, or bulk shopping runs to save a few bucks, but also perfectly happy to do my own thing. I meal prep most Sundays to make the week easier, and I’m usually in bed before midnight. Ideally, I’d love a place with a spacious kitchen (I actually enjoy cooking when I have the time) and at least two bathrooms so no one’s waiting around in the morning. I come with my own furniture and am flexible on move-in timing. If you’re looking for a dependable, clean, and considerate roommate who’s rarely in the way but always easy to get along with, I think we’d be a great fit.
