Room for rent in a four bedroom house with private bathroom. Females only please. Great house in gated community with access to pool and spa. Wifi washer/dryer and all utilities included. I live here with my 2 kids. We have always had a renter, both students and professionals, and it has gone smoothly. Relaxed environment in a good neighborhood. We have a friendly dog but she does not like other animals.
