Looking for a room or apartment. I have a full time job.I am even willing to trade housekeeping chores, yard work or any kind of trade for my stay at the apartment/room. I have references!

Need a studio or 1 bedroom that doesn’t cost an arm and a leg to live. Can only afford $ at most. I have good landlord references and stay true to my word for rent on time. My credit is also a work in progress, I am unable to rent anything that does credit checks.
