I am my husband is . The apt is on the first floor. The room is the first thing in the apt. The room is medium to large with a walk in closet and your own bathroom. Room: $ Electric: $ Optional: internet $ Food: we do not share but you can have your own area Cleaning: just keep shared areas clean Parking: free for you and guests Bedroom: unfurnished Common area: Living room: couch, tv, movies, books Dining room: table chairs Patio: two chairs Kitchen: accessible to any dishwater Laundry room: please bring own wash Looking for a female roommate at any age. We are in this two bedroom till February and hopefully we can all get a new lease here but if they don’t renew us I would love to move into a house in frisco next. House rules: please smoke cigarettes on the patio, smoke herbs in the bathroom or closet, vape where ever, drinking is okay. Please do not have lots of people over, don’t take over common space. No pets.
