Cool eclectic garden to relax in or even participate in, available room's windows overlook the garden. Washer/dryer, dishwasher, good size bathtub, no trouble with parking. Biking distance to WWU, walking distance to downtown. Very relaxed and friendly housemates. We like to keep a low stress environment to wind down in. We are both musicians, so musicians are very welcome here. We don't play loudly or at odd hours, no band practices. No parties, but we have our fun in the garden together when we can, and have occasional guests. We have two pets: a lb well behaved, quiet, trained ESA dog, and a sweet calm little cat that respects personal space. Unfortunately we cannot have any more animals that need to share the common areas or yard (open to terrarium/pocket pets that stay in one room). Dresser/mirror can stay or be removed if desired, but the bed is being removed. The available room is upstairs and there is only one bathroom downstairs. Neither of us spend much time in there, almost never need to knock because it's usually available. Oh, gender identity and age are irrelevant to us, but in case it is relevant to you, we are both cis women (old soul) + (young soul).
