I’m renting out a room with its own shower/bathroom in a modest mobile home. It will be available Jan 1. Prefer short term as a 6 month term month to month. No smokers/no drugs. I am allergic to smoke so you can’t be a smoker outside the home either. I have a dog and cat. They will stay out of your area. Must have positive rental history and be able to pass parks application.
