Hello! I'm looking for another woman to share my home. It's a bath bungalow in the heart of Montavilla/Tabor just blocks from the Academy Theater and close to shops, entertainment and transit. My home is my sanctuary, a place where I relax, recharge and regroup. I love to entertain but I'm past wanting a hour party house. I host holidays, have game nights and occasionally invite my book salon to meet in my home but I turn into a pumpkin around midnight on the weekends and on weeknights. I'd love to find a housemate with the same vibe. The house decor is inspired by the period in which it was built. I have comfy leather couches, a piano, formal dining room with the original built in cabinets. There is one bathroom on the main floor and another in the basement. You and I would share the bathroom for the most part but the other one is there just in case. Your room is upstairs across the hall from mine. It's approx sq ft with dormer windows featuring leaded glass and hardwood floors. It's currently furnished but if you'd like to bring your own things that's great! There is also a full basement and a storage area is included with your rent. I work in the beverage industry and own my own company. My job isn't a , some weeks I'll work morning till night and others are kind of quiet and I'm home most of the day. I have a dog who's a doll but wary of strangers so initially guests need to be introduced to her when I'm home. Once she knows someone she's a big cuddle bug. I would like a housemate that's interested in creating a common space full of creativity, communication and care.
