Hi, my name is Hollis, a M musician from LA and I just recently moved to Philadelphia for work. I'm looking to move into a place (Center-city, Yorktown, Spring Garden) in mid-August with roommates. Budget is $+utilities. On any given day if I'm not working I'm writing and recording music or hanging out with friends later in the day.
