Hello, my name is Adryana, and I’m looking for a private room in a calm, stable home in California. My husband is active-duty Navy and currently completing A-School out of state, so I am relocating for stability, access to healthcare, and a more supportive environment while he finishes training. I have a diagnosed slow-processing disability, which simply means I function best in a quiet, predictable household. I’m clean, respectful, don’t party, and mostly keep to myself. Shared spaces are always left tidy and I’m very considerate of others’ routines. Financially, I’m stable. My husband receives consistent military pay twice a month, and I handle my own bills responsibly. I’m looking for a landlord who is comfortable renting without relying heavily on credit scores, since income stability is more important than credit history in my situation. Pet situation (important clarification): • I currently have two cats, but I am in the process of responsibly rehoming them before moving in, so they will not be coming into the new home. • After I am fully settled, I plan to get a medium-to-large dog — so I’m ideally seeking a place that is pet-friendly and has access to a yard or outdoor area.
